Casa Kaoba Hotel & Suites Playa del Carmen

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a relaxing swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions and just a short taxi ride away from the city center.

Nothing it was perfect.

Surprisingly quiet location despite being next to a busy road. Spacious and nicely decorated two-floor room with a kitchen. Large pool that we enjoyed. Convenient restaurant by the pool with good portion sizes. Swedish-style breakfast options provided. Free and comfortable car parking right by the entrance

The hotel is super open and spacious with a huge pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even offering off-menu vegan food options. The breakfast is great with Swedish style options. The room is fabulous with a kitchen and free parking.

Nothing is perfect.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the beach and a short drive to Playa del Carmen city center. The rooms were spacious with plenty of room for belongings, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were limited but satisfactory, and the outdoor area offered a large pool and comfortable seating areas for relaxation. Despite being in a busy area, parking was not an issue.

The noise from the nearby highway made it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist named Florence. the room size was great, with a spacious kitchen area downstairs and a cozy lounge area upstairs. the private patio was a lovely addition, perfect for enjoying the warm weather. the grounds were well-maintained and the pool was a nice place to relax.

Lovely upgraded junior suite with all necessary facilities and a private indoor swimming pool. Charming apartments with outdoor pool and pet-friendly atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location outside of town, better with a car.

the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area were perfect for a day of relaxation. the Spa & wellness centre provided top-notch service to make us feel pampered and rejuvenated. the in-room breakfast was delivered promptly and the restaurant offered delicious meals.

While we had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel, we did notice a minor issue with the shower in our room. There seemed to be a problem with the air circulation and sewage system, which resulted in a closed and smelly smell at times.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious stay, fulfilling all exclusive amenities we needed. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and the swimming pool was large with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant was impressive with a creative menu and delicious in-room breakfast.

this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and had a kitchen and sofa with a TV downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although there were some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.
